Commissioned Portraits

When it's warm outside do you prefer to sleep in the nude? A sculpture commemorating 75 years of the Kinsey Institute and the study of human sexuality commissioned by the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University.

Myself, Director of the Kinsey Institute, Dr. Justin Garcia and President of Indiana University Pamela Whitten, at the unveiling of the Kinsey sculpture.

The creation of this sculpture was due in part to the support of IU's then president, Michael McRobbie, here he is with the lifesize clay model.

This sculpture has lighted elements that draw visitors at night.

I presented three different ages and versions of Kinsey to the committee for final selection before producing the final bronze piece. This was Kinsey in his 40's.

I presented three versions of Kinsey before the final bronze was created. This was Kinsey in his 30's.
